so after 6 weeks of negotiations we have signed our names to a contract for purchasing a new commercial space for redletter1.
3100 sq ft of beautiful work space. if all goes well and the inspections come back solid we will get the keys on march 1st and be open for business before april 1st.

i had a studio on 270 sq meters..and aftr one yar i split with coowner..
it was pretty hard to handle it :)
